Keep Your Word

A man is only as good as his word. Once he breaks that, he’ll be lucky if he gets a backs home without being run down on the road. It’s a simple rule, but time and time again, we see guys breaking it. Some cafone says one thing, and he does another. Frankly, you can’t trust a guy like that. The foundation for being a reliable man is being a trusted one. The words that come out of your mouth should never be put into question it should like a saying goes in Hindi “Patthar ki lakeer. Unfortunately, once you cross that line, all credibility is lost. So to avoid that free fall into the disastrous realm of sham, remember: Keep your word. If not, the only words you’ll have left are: “Would you like Poppadum with that?”

Never show your satisfaction

Though I’m not sure he ever ran a real family, one of the great compromiser, said: “A good compromise is when both parties are dissatisfied.” I don’t know about old fellow, but I’m rarely dissatisfied with my results -- I only act like I am.  The second you show satisfaction in your end of the deal is the second that greedy cafone will renege on his offer.  No one likes to think they came out on the bottom end of the deal. So when you get everything you hoped for, and then some, act like you still had to give up a little something. Some people behave like a monkey in the banana factory. You don’t need to do all that -- just make sure you don’t gloat

Prevention is Better than Cure

This is definitely a true fact. Moreover it should be a must in the “Finolhu” (Maldives)

Last Friday I was at the one of the hospitals of this “Finolhu” with a friend. Please believe me when I say I had to wait for almost 02 and half hours. Once the consulting was finished everything else was quite quick. After the waiting was we were out of the place in less than 30minuts

I was so curious to find out what really was the matter. And I was shocked to find out that there were only TWO doctors servicing at the emergency OPD. In any organization there are always the administration guys and other supervisors, but I was not able to find any one and people shouting and getting angry with a poor girl at the Memo counter.

Since the health sector is one of the most important of all the sectors we find that the government basically begging the citizens to donate money to improve the health sector. And all the other secondary services sectors are well funded. What’s happening here? Where are those people who cared? Isn’t there anyone who is concerned????? Just a thought.

Clear Mind

Its always believed that somethings are dirty. But have you ever wondered why they are dirt. or what you can do to clean it.

For the longest time i have heard people say that politics is dirty. Among the people who talk non or perhaps almost no one is ready to get in and clean it. They just say things because they have God give gift.

I have overheard people say that the strong should help the weaker, Is it in only war?? Isn't the real life a battle?? A battle where every one should help every on or each one should help each one. so i ask myself whose duty is to help the weaker citizens of this so called "Finolhu" (Maldives)
